Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Our payment terms are simple and beneficial to both parties. We require a 50% advance payment of the total charges mutually agreed upon for the project. The rest of the amount shall be due upon completion of work to your reasonable satisfaction. We reserve the right not to commence further work until payment has been made in full.

The initial deposit is refundable only in cases where we fail to deliver work as per the agreed terms. We are not liable for any refund if development work has started and you choose to cancel the project.

 

Non-Delivery of the Product

Claims for non-delivery of your digital product must be submitted within 15 days from the date the order was placed. Otherwise, refund claims will not be accepted.

ACCEPTABLE USAGE OF CONTENT MATERIAL

WebSensePro strictly prohibits containing certain types of material. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Adult Material
    This includes all pornographic, erotic images, or otherwise obscene content. The designation of “adult content/material” depends entirely to the discretion of WebSensePro.
  • Illegal Material or Activity
    This includes any material considered illegal by the governing body e.g. commercial music, audio, video files, copyrighted material. Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers. Anonymous or Bulk SMS Gateways. Torrent application, tracker or client.
  • Hacking or similar to it
    This includes pirated, nulled, hacking, ip spoofing, password cracking scripts or software.
